About the Event
Artivism: Vision to Voice — Monthly Event Series
Artivism: Vision to Voice is a year-long creative education series for middle school students in St. Petersburg that blends art, storytelling, and environmental learning. The program is designed to ensure students who may not otherwise have access to consistent arts and environmental experiences are able to participate in meaningful, hands-on opportunities.
Guided by local artists, participants explore civic identity, watersheds, and ocean stewardship through experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and creative voice. The program emphasizes access to real places, tools, and ideas—centering imagination, reflection, and personal perspective while connecting creativity to community and environment.
