With cash prizes, live trash weigh-ins, and raffle giveaways, this fully staffed activation turns your tournament into an environmental impact event—with no extra work for your team.

✅ 100 branded, upcycled monofilament tubes with inserts
✅ Additional tubes available at weigh-in (due to high demand)

Tournament Day Flow

1. Captains Meeting

   • ✅ Step 1: Teams check in with tournament staff

   • ✅ Step 2: Teams are directed to the Water Warrior Alliance table to check in with us

     • We provide a mono tube

     • Brief teams on trash collection rules

     • Log their participation

⚠️ All teams—whether or not they plan to collect—should check in with us to be eligible for raffles and leaderboard prizes.

1. Step 3: Tournament Day – Reel In & Recycle Activation
   At weigh-in, teams follow this sequence:

   • ✅ Check in with the tournament weigh station

   • ✅ Then check in with Water Warrior Alliance

   • ✅ Turn in mono tubes (earn raffle entries)

   • ✅ Weigh fish

   • ✅ Weigh trash live on stage – leaderboard updated in real time

2. Awards & Raffle Drawings

   • 🏆 Trash Trophy Champion – $1,000 cash prize

   • 🎟️ Raffle baskets awarded to mono tube participants

   • 🥇 Sponsored Awards presented with signage, social tags, and photos
